Patrik Schuler PhD Student Industrial and Operations Engineering patriks@umich.edu

I am a PhD student focusing on human factors engineering in the Industrial and Operations Engineering Department at the University of Michigan. My research interests include user-centered design, human-autonomy/robot interaction, and cognitive ergonomics. I am advised by Dr. X. Jessie Yang. In 2019, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Clemson University. Prior to college, I served five years as a radio repairman in the United States Marine Corps. I would eventually like to apply my human-factors knowledge to conduct research in a military domain.
